These young men would spend four weeks on the 每日大赛 Campus getting听one-on-one instruction in areas of Mathematics, Language Arts, and Computer Science – in the hopes that these young men would find the value in education and go on to graduate from high school and college.
Over the years, the program has evolved from being academic-focused to empowerment-focused. In 2017, the听Girls of Summer program was听added to allow听young female students to attend. Today, the Boys and Girls of Summer programs听emphasize听career exploration, mentorship, and building life skills that both empower and motivate young Black students to become high school graduates, college graduates, and pillars of our community.
To maintain these exceptional programs, we need continued support. This year, our goal is to raise $31,000 for the 31st year of the program. We would like you to consider donating $31 to the Boys and Girls of Summer programs to ensure that these programs can continue to prepare students to be the next generation of great leaders.
